I did weights and plyo's last offseason, and I do believe both were helpful.

Basically, I did weights on Tuesday's and Plyos on Thursdays. I'm probably going to do a modified version of that workout this year.

Last year, my weights routine consisted of a dozen exercises with 25-35 reps for each. This year, I'm going to do less exercises and probably fewer reps with heavier weights.
