Bikes: Lemond Chambery/Cannondale R-900/Trek 8000 MTB/Burley Duet tandem

I've been riding consistently for 15 years now. Never more than a week off the bike. Gina has been riding for 12 years. Never more than 2 weeks off the bike. I do anywhere from 4500 miles to 7300 miles per year. Gina does 2500-3500 per year. I've done 35 centuries and Gina has done 4 on our tandem. Her longest ride on a single bike is 84 so my only concern of doing a century is to get Gina one on her single.

We just about always ride both days of the weekend. Currently anywhere from 42-60 on Saturday and the same on Sunday on the trail (SART). Sometimes we will do our Saturday ride on GMR when Gina agrees. Sometimes Devore area.

I ride different schedules depending on work. I've worked nights for a few years so I ride the weekends and once or twice during the week during the morning. If I work day hours, I ride in the evening. More than likely MTB off road to avoid traffic. Sometimes during the summer, I will do repeats on the upper section of Euclid Ave with lights to avoid traffic.
