The swimming times show a significant drop off. The times for a decent high school swimmer might be
25 seconds for 50
55 for 100
2:05 for 200.
Judging from your running times I do not think the problem is cardio fitness. I'm betting you have decent (but not great) form and that when you get tired the form starts to go. Not sure of course butthe best guess I have online.
