I ride about 140-150 a week.
Usually two 20+ solo rides during the week, a good metric century with my buddy on Saturday, and a 40+ miler with another friend on Sunday. Sometimes I get lazy when I feel guilty about leaving the pooch alone on the weekdays.

Edit: typically in North County San Diego, or if I feel like hills, I go to East county.
