A little dab of Dawn on a damp cotton cloth for the frame and then a wipe with a dry cloth. I use 100% pure carnuba wax on the frames etc. On the chain, I remove once a season and clean, otherwise between I use one of those chain cleaner things and sometimes a spray can of degreaser and then a spray chain lube.
