The shop is 16 miles from my house so driving there isn't a problem but just the hassle of ordering it and exchanging it... worth the 5600 -> 5700 105?
Swapping the derailleurs and the cassette is fairly easy, and shouldn't take the shop more than 10 minutes to do. I don't know how _much_ difference there will be (since you still have the 5600 shifters), but if you have time to kill, I'd say go for it.
