Hi there! I'm Colin from fredericton, N.B. and I happened to stumble upon this interesting site by accident. I've recently taken an interest in finding peoples old bikes they dont want anymore and bringing them hope and puttering away at them. I've been renting a house where the basement is not livable right now so I figured that would be the best place to keep 'em and work on 'em all year round! I've been lovin' it and goin to work on them any chance I have. I've been getting quite a collection and hope that with the help of people on here, I can find tips and advice on the best and cheapest way to repair these bikes. I've got all kinds from old 10 speeds to BMX and kids bikes. I've only sold one so far though. I bought an old raleigh record LTD. from the '80s at a yard sale for $10. Did nothing mechanical to repair it because it was in excellent shape. Just gave it a real good cleanin and tunin and turned around and sold it for $45! That will probably be my easiest sale because the rest of my bikes are in need of some big repairs. So enough with the ramblin' ons I'm doin... time to go meet everyone! Later!
