Please keep the child warm and keep checking on longer trips, i heard about a baby being carried on a child seat behind an adult recently where the adult thought the baby was asleep but on reaching their destination and checking, it was found that the baby was so cold that it's nappy was actually frozen. I think a trailer would be better.
