I recall, years ago, working in a second hand bike store and an old man was bragging about how his bike was better than all the new fancy ones. The brand used to be everywhere, apparently, but you don't see as many of them nowadays. It was a 'Reikleigh' (righ - klee).

Same store, younger customer - he came in and asked for a new front wheel.
Me: What size?
Customer: It's for a mountain bike.

I brought him a 26" front wheel.

Customer: "NO! I just want the 'outside' part of the wheel"...

so I go back and pick out a couple of rims for him to choose from.

Customer: NO! Just the very outside part of the wheel. The... ummm.. the fabric of the wheel.
Me: The 'tire?'
Customer: "Yeah!"
