But, when someone keeps demeaning my abilities as counsel or continuing to claim that I am misstating or"conflating" the law, I tend to get more argumentative than I would otherwise be.... I've been in the Bike Advocacy biz for a long time - and handling "bike cases" for 25+ years - I try to educate folks a bit on the law, pass on some of what I've picked up or just engage in a friendly banter or argument.
