I've seen the information in other threads about the Performance offering of the EA 90 SLX to know it's not the same as buying from elsewhere. I didn't think anything with Dura Ace on the label would be a bad product though. Hmm, now you've got me wondering about where to purchase wheels. Hope whenever we see a good deal someplace, it's not because there's a problem with the product, such as the thread about the SRAM Red equipment from Bonktown.

I can tell you that the ea 90 SL (not the slx) has a really bad history of spoke breakage despite the fact they appear to be a stronger wheelset with 24/28 spokes. you may want to seek new wheels elsewhere and save your performance discounts for something else
