Did someone say disc brakes?

I remember showing this to a friend of mine and first thing that came out of his mouth is "THAT IS EFFIN' UGLY!!!" #1... Disc brakes are not meant for a road bike because it makes them look ugly! #2? It makes them look ugly!! #3... IT'S EFFIN' UGLY!!!

Straight from his mouth... but really, I would like a road bike to have this as a standard all across the board. And if Volagi can raise eyebrows for the better, I hope everyone else will follow.
