You may need to trim the front a bit more often than if you had a "9sp" crank. But other than that it will work fine. 10sp chain has the same width rollers as 9sp but the side plates are slightly narrower. It's a small difference.

(this is on Shimano, I have no idea about 9sp vs 10sp Campy).
