Saw this post and thought it was interesting (not a Clyde).
I'm surprised that he didn't probe any further such as inquiring on the type of rider you are and how he would at least attempt try to make a sale. Duh! Customer service isn't for everyone. Just my two cents. Pretty lame answers IMO.
