Functionally I can dig it. I never use the drops. I like to ride with my hands either on the flats, or on the hoods. I like riding on the hoods when I'm moving without much need for braking, and on the flats in traffic when I need to use the brakes. So the typical set-up doesn't match my needs. I just switched over to bullhorns with interrupter levers. Right now I'm not in love with how it looks (but I think a lot of that has to do with using a "bad" color for my bar wrap), but I love the way it functions - or I would with a slightly different (shorter) bullhorn.
If those knobs were shaped differently this might provide the function I like, with nicer aesthetics. But the knobs are just a bit too clunky.
