Today’s ride:
Good ride today, out at 6:00 AM. Temp was only 74 and humidity was not too bad. Rode with Dick Davidson and Jim Townsend and his wife for the first time in two months. Did our usual stop at Panera Bread for breakfast. San Sebastian, SWT, Mandarin, Heathrow, Seminole Heights, Markum Trail Head, Heathrow, SWT, Home. Temp never got over 85 degrees. Saw two deer and three turkeys. The new seat that I bought last week is getting better. My sit bones are much better today.
