I wipe my bike down with a damp kitchen sponge after every ride. It's Titanium and doesn't need much upkeep. I also wipe the chain with a piece of paper towel. After every 130 miles or about that, I relube. Before I lube and after the first ride post lube I remove the rear wheel and floss the cassette. Every other lube job I remove the chain, using the SRAM master link and wash the chain with Casterol Super Clean, (works much better than Simple Green), rinse very thoroughly. Then I dry the chain with a hair dryer and relube.
