I've been using a Park PCS-4 for a couple years. The newer ones have a horrible clamp, glad I have the older clamp on mine. Easy to use.

That CBI stand looks promising for $80 shipped. My only concern would be the clamp. Looks like simple textured paint on the metal clamp jaws. May wanna wrap the clamping surface with a shop rag before you clamp the bike if you're concerned about the finish of your bike.
