anybody have any idea about this time trial/funny frame?

interesting time trial frame the kid i purchased it from told e it was a franklin but ive emailed mr franklin and he doesnt seem to think its one of his as it doesnt have any sort of serial number and to me it would seem that a one man operation not hammering out frames would remember something like this? it has a few interesting details like a slightly ovalized seat tube that the best word to describe it would be sqaushed as its only "areo" in the middle of the tube the top tube also ovalizes where it meets the seat cluster the seat stays are also ovalized the seat cluster uses a one bolt binding system the head tube is slightly lugged, the bottom bracket is english threaded and the edges of the shell are beveled like it could be used with one of the older mavic cartridge bottom brackets the rear brake line is internally routed through the top tube
im not sure what the frame is made of but it is extremely light as well as for sale as it is entirely too small for me i will be attending a bike swap tomorrow and if it doesnt sell there it will go to ebay does anyone have a good idea of an asking price for it
