Glad to hear you're planning more. Autumn seems to be coming in with a vengence now, but I don't mind so much - great time for planning. Long winter nights hunched over a computer, looking at routes, imagining all those roads leading out into world.
You should try abroad, though. There is nothing like riding on the continent. Pretty easy from Manchester or Liverpool airport, if you don't mind paying the £60 sports equipment premium.
