I am doing the Bridge to Bridge Century in Lenoir, NC Sunday, September 18. Curious if anyone out there has done it and thoughts they have on perhaps how it compares to Mt. Mitchell? I have done Mitchell but not in14 years and not before a battle with cancer so this maybe a stretch.

Also, any advice on warm up rides in the Lenoir area of about 20-25 miles or so?
