No you aren't. Bonktown return policy: "You can return any product for any reason within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted."
I've returned lots of ridden shoes to bonktown and they've taken them all. You can't tell if a shoe is going to fit unless you ride with it. Don't buy one from anyone, internet or LBS, who doesn't let you return ones that won't work
on the bike.
