Thanks guys, its sort of what I thought but its the first try at this and I was so focused on getting my conditioning good and some weight off (20 pounds in 2 months!) that I didn't think about in ride nutrition. I generally go about 20 before I get something solid, and the SAG stops fall right around there so I think I should be good in between with some GU and maybe a fig newton here or there. Thanks!
