10k/h is a magnitude of order. (I could figure this out in watts, but I don't care enough to do so atmo)
For many folks that I see on the road, 24mph (40k) is a very big deal.
For many racers that I see on the road, 31mph (50k) is a very big deal...
just gots to make sure we are speaking equally to differing baselines.
