Depends where I am and how long I'll be there. For a quick grocery stop I usually leave the pannier and helmet with the bike. I may take off the rear blinky. My other lights require tools to remove, so I just leave them. I don't use a cycle computer. I don't wear cycling gloves, but if its cold enough to need regular gloves, I'd probably take them with me or maybe stuff them in the pannier.
I'm in a low crime area.
