I noticed the similarity to the front of the 45/159 Serie Legere, but that was the stock pattern, any 45/158 would have been a special order and, in addition, the 158 nozzle portion looks shorter than on the Italian lugs shown. I think given that they are all Italian marques (and some less than top-end models) they would not have used imported French lugs. I think they are some kind of Italian make, but I can't be more specific without good reference pics of Agrati or Bozzi lugs, which I don't have.
