I got that look at Home Depot a couple months back. Was picking up some potting soil for a home gardening project, and, as usual at Home Depot, went a little overboard. It took about 15 minutes to figure out a way to get everything loaded up, but my pride wouldn't let me admit defeat and return a couple things. In the end, it involved multiple bungee cords and a very strong back, but I rode home 4 miles with about 70 lbs of potting soil strapped to my back.

Can't say that I've ridden in very extreme cold, only around 0* F, but I did ride during this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/January...n_winter_storm
