I went to culinary school, I've worked in some of the best restaurants in the city, and at one of the top 5 in the world. I decided to open my own restaurant, had investors, had a location, had everything. Investors backed out due to the economy, and now I'm flipping burgers and making grilled cheese sandwiches at a diner making the same amount of money I made when I was 19. The funny part is that I had to lie to get this job. None of the.nice restaurants are hiring, and I'm so over qualified for the crappy ones that they wouldn't hire me, so I made up a resume.
