Try this one for size.
It's about 5 miles long with a steepest grade of 33%. It's possible to ride over 5 such climbs in one day in the Lake District in the UK. I done it about 10 years ago.
I know what you mean with those lake district passes Campiag
That Hardknott pass is a killer, hell i even stepped off the bike going "downhill" its so steep.
