All I know about this drug testing is what the article said, so I'm a bit confused, is it officially random or not? The article says, "Cycling's world governing body UCI decides which riders will undergo spot tests from both blood and urine samples during the three week race." That doesn't sound to me like a random test, but sounds more like a test for people who are suspected for some reason. So is it or is it not supposed to be random?
