About 10 years ago, I used to be able to do at least 20 pull ups with palms facing foward. Arthiritis snuck in on me and had me where I couldn't do one pull up with palms facing foward.

Well, I am giving old man arthiritis a beat down. I am able to pull off at least 6 or 7 pull ups with palms facing foward. Not much, but great for me..Going to work on getting to 10 reps. I like to stick my foot all the way up the rear of old man arthritis until he is gone forever!!
