I made a pulled pork sandwich to take to school for lunch and nibbled on some after riding today. I didn't put cole slaw on it, though. I figure that it would have become too messy after sitting that way for a couple of hours.

I've been to a lot of NS and SC bbq places and I don't think I have even had any better pulled pork. I just wish that it didn't take all freakin' day to make it.
