I'm not really able to identify pedals just by a model number. That's also probably why a question like this was not answered instantly. A link to the bike you are buying would be great. That said, based upon the description as "Alloy body and Cage Pedals," and the fact that I did look up a couple bikes with those pedals, I'd say no.
