this may be one you'll have to have reproduced by one of the (few) decal printers that can do foil re-pops. You might want to give the "new guy" a try if you decide to commission someone: http://bicycledecals.net/index.htm
I have yet to try him, but he's getting good press (and JR at Velocals seems to be temporarily out of action due to a family crisis)
