All of the negative comments I have received have come from my friends, not strangers. Babywearing is big in my life (I was a mei tai making WAHM for a few years and I started a local babywearing group where I taught babywearing safety). It was hypocritical of me to say that babywearing while biking is unsafe (because that is what we are told by all of the carrier manufacturers and numerous babywearing safety articles) while doing just that myself.
