I have thick thighs/quads AND a big butt, so even though my actual waist is around 30", I generally have to buy 34 pants, otherwise they won't get up past my legs. I've found that Levis 505 32x30 fit me well, though. I also have a pair of Old Navy jeans that actually fit pretty well, but I can't remember the style. Probably Regular Straight.
