Pacific Outdoor Equipment panniers or Ortliebs?
I have it down to Ortlieb Sport Packer Plus or Pacific Outdoor Equipment panniers. I can get the the POE pretty cheap through the shop or spend 2x as much on the Ortliebs. I already bought the Ortlieb handlebar bag. Don't really care if they match or not. Mainly looking for quality.
