I don't disagree with you being upset, you have every right like I do with Geoman. But what I'm not sure about, which leaves questions in my mind, is did you take the precautions that everyone said you could have done? All we have is your word that you did. So based on just your word, and assuming you did take all the precautions then your right to be upset, and personally I would never do business with them again either if that had happened to me, just like I won't do business with Geoman, or Honda but that's a long story. But since your problems with Nashbar seems rare I will continue doing business with them until it effects me or that problem you had becomes a common problem. If Nashbar continues in this course of doing business it will piss others off and eventually it will hurt their bottom line...sales which means profits. And what Nashbar needs to remember is that if they piss off a couple dozen people those people will get on forums like this one, or post web sites, and tell the story which will surely change the minds of others from doing business with them.
