Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

PS make gradual adjustments, drop it one spacer every one or two weeks. If no spacers left, flip and put spacers on bottom...keep lowering if desired
