As the title says, just wondering if cable disk and v-brakes use the same type of levers. I'm going to be making the move to disk here very soon with my new fork and I have a disk brake setup, but it's got a really crappy, inferior lever. The disk brake-set in general isn't anything awesome, but a quick search lead to others having them work much better with new levers. I'm hoping I can use the Deore XL levers I'm running on the current v-brake setup with the disk brake.
