Uhhhh...uhhh....KA-BLOOSH! (sound of head exploding)

Man, that's a lot. Using Sherwin Williams latex enamel thinned with water (I'm painting a bookshelf right now).
Spraying about 10 - 18" away from surface.
Moving the gun pretty slow, aware of not going so slow it builds up into a run.
80 degrees. Northeast humidity. Garage.

After inspecting the dry product, it's got a pretty even finish, but it's definitely not glossy. Satiny maybe. But you can see that it's granular, like a 600 grit sandpaper maybe.

Good thing this is going to have a bunch of drool-covered kids' books on it, not waiting for a high-polished Super Record gruppo!
