Is anyone running fenders on a Sport/Touring Peugeot? I'm pondering putting a set on my 1988 Nice (P501). I think I'm going to have to go with 37mm fenders which would limit me somewhere in the 28mm tire size range.
Does anyone have an example of one of these frames with larger fenders?

I want to ride on the New River Trail (loose, small gravel/cinders/sandy-ish mix) with friends who have cyclocross bikes but also use it as a wet weather commuter.

I'll be putting Pasela TG's on it. I worry the 28's won't do as well as a 32 in the trail conditions.

I'm also threatening a mustard yellow brooks on the red bike... I probably won't do it though...
