Why they donīt list the parts that are included in the box I donīt know. I thought they were clips for the cables at first but the cable clips are different and fix into specific mountings on the frame. Love to know what these are. Just FYI they are about the same size as cable clips.
Those go on your disc-caliper mounting bolts and prevent them from coming out in the event they work loose.

Because Felt expects the bike to be assembled by a shop's professional mechanic, who would know what those are for.
