I was chatting a with a friend of mine and he was claiming that black tires are better than the equivalent model of coloured tire. (He was specifically referring to the continental Grand Prix 4000)

He was saying that the materials inserted to create the colour make the tire somewhat not as good as the black version of the same?

What do people here think?
