There should be no duty/tax on bike parts coming from the US to Canada..

UPS is fast, but they'll always hit you with duty on bike parts and then charge you $10+ for brokerage. Brokerage is a flat fee set by UPS regardless of the value or size of the purchase.

USPS to CPS (in my experience) is slower, but they won't erroneously charge you duty or hit you with a brokerage fee.

I always ask if a shop can ship USPS instead.. Some shops are happy to accommodate and some will only ship this way to Canada.
