Either raise your handlebars, or lower your seat.

Stretch before you ride, do push-ups, and make certain that you do neck rotations.

Do neck rotations whenever you think about it all the time.

After about a month of this, return your handlebars to their original positions, but keep up the neck rotations.

* Crucial to your recovery will include filling up a 1 gallon milk container with water and raising it above your head, and side to side above eye-level, while standing erect. Do about fifty reps daily.

1 to the left. 2 above the head. 3 to the right.

20 push-ups is good __30-45 yrs. old

One minute neck rotations whenever you think about it! At least 10 X per day
