I was going to race, but I have been working like a dog on a consulting job. I'm in no shape to race and I will be "code monkey" all weekend anyway trying to get it done. All for the best anyway because I have been dealing with a sciatica issue in both legs and really need the "rest" to let the nerves heal. After a month of only doing 2 training rides per week the sciatica is getting better, but I am getting woefully out of shape.
Thanks! I hope my legs feel good as I have been going pretty heavy on the training for the state TT and had not planned on this weekend being more than a training race, but since I decided to do Ocala instead of Pensacola and with the (seemingly) sudden disappearance of Sugarloaf RR, I, on relatively short notice, hope I can bring some decent legs in. I know I've got a lot if fitness, I'm just hoping the freshness that I need will be there
