I recently built up a Vassago fisticuff and set it up with a ss that has the option or running geared if I want. I am going to make it a 2x2, my crank is an nos deore lx (2009?) and I am running a dmr 9 sp hub with the spacer kit. My question is can I safely run an 1/8 chain? I am currently using a kmc 9 speed chain but I would like to put an orange chain on the bike. Thanks.
