Hi everyone, I have a steel frame with a small dimple in the underside of the top tube. I've had the bike for a year and never noticed it before, but feel i may have just not noticed it, i,ve never crashed the frame or damaged it in transit. The paint is not chipped or damaged in that area either. Is this normal for good steel tubing, its reynolds 853.
