That's mainly what I ride. But for hills, a Kinlin XR-300 (30mm deep) weighs 465 grams. Unless you're running tubulars, try finding a rim that weighs 100g less than that. You may find a few shy of 400g, but that's about it. I'd say 130g extra is worth it for the aero benefits. Plus with a deeper rim you can get away with a few less spokes.
